High Protein Meal Plan $47

High Protein Recipe Pack: 30 high protein and low carb recipes with full calorie and macro breakdowns. Even with recipes on hand, without a meal plan you may feel lost. So, I've also included a four week meal plan that is sure to please. This meal plan uses the recipes from the recipe pack and includes a full grocery list with exact amounts for each week.


The average daily calorie intake is approximately 1,230 and the average daily protein intake is approximately 114g. This is just a place to start though you may choose to have two servings at some meals or include a snack if you feel you need more calories.

Hormone Health Meal Plan $47

Meal Plan and Recipe Pack: Hormone health is a hot topic right now. This meal plan focuses on Omega 3 fatty acids, a variety of polyphenols, and a variety of anti-oxidants.


It is rich in protein and healthy fats, and includes complex carbohydrates. Gluten is at a very minimum (though can very easily be swapped out for a gluten free option). Only clean organic dairy is used, also at a minimum.


The plan also includes things like pomegranate, broccoli sprouts, flaxseed, and pumpkin seeds, all of which can help balance hormones through detoxification pathways and by improving estrogen metabolism.


This plan can be great for people struggling with PCOS, thyroid issues, and to improve insulin sensitivity. This plan could be used for women and men.
